EdPsychs provide:

  • Educational psychology services
  • Educational consultancy services
  • Individual, group, class and whole school support
  • Support to children, parents, adults, schools and organizations
  • Services described and presented throughout the site are for general guidance only. Individual psychologists are consultants rather than employees of EdPsychs Ltd, and they will use their professional judgment on a case-by-case basis to deliver the services offered (including choice of resources used) to best meet the needs of the client. They may adapt, refine, select, limit, extend, remove or re-apply measures on the basis of the individual circumstances of the client and on the basis of professional good practice. The service descriptions advanced represent general good practice and our service delivery model, but this may change on a case-by-case basis dependent on the needs and circumstances of the client.

Cancellation or change of appointment for individual work with a child

  • We’d be grateful if you could provide at least 5 working days notice prior to the confirmed appointment. This gives your psychologist time to reschedule their work, and offer your time to another client.
  • We can then reschedule a time for you if one is available, or provide you with a full refund.
  • Cancellations received less that 5 working days prior to an appointment are non-refundable.
  • We cannot provide a refund for missed appointments

For work with a high preparation time (e.g. training, group work, whole class work or research)

  • If you would like to reschedule training, we will attempt to reschedule if the psychologist has time available.
  • Alternatively we can provide a 50% refund if we receive up to 5 working days notice of cancellation.
  • Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to an appointment, or for missed appointments.
